GAMLE KA POUDHA/ A PLANT IN VASE

He can flourish only 
To the extent of soil

That he has in the vase
He can nurture only
That much foliage as
The space that he is

Bestowed with.
Is just like other plants
Lush green
Laiden with flowers
But is not able
To fructify
Has this helplessness of plant
Been imparted to him
By his beautiful looks
Or was there
A dream of thicket
Visualized by my eyes.
